The apartment companies who we refer
you to compensate GetMovedFree.com with a Real Estate Commission.
We then move you into your new apartment for free as part of our
all-inclusive apartment locating service.
Just follow these
three important steps:
STEP 1 Simply search
GetMovedFree.com to view a full listing of apartments that meet
your criteria. Included will be pictures, amenities, and apartment
specials. Please do not hesitate to call us with any questions that
you have 214.520.2777 or 877.340.FREE. We will keep in contact
with you throughout your apartment search to assist you with all
your needs.
STEP 2 Visit the
apartments that you are interested in. When you do find an apartment,
be sure to tell your leasing agent that you were referred by "GMF
Locators" or "GetMovedFree.com". Make sure
he or she indicates us as your locator on your guest card.
Also, indicate us as your locator service in the proper place of
your rental application. Not completing these steps may make
you ineligible for your free move.
Note: some apartments require us to register
you with them as our client BEFORE you visit the property.
If a property requires registration, the detail page at this Website
will prompt you to register before you visit. Not doing so
may make you ineligible to receive your free move.
STEP 3 Once you have
signed your lease and put GMF Locators as your referral source go
to Schedule My Move and let us know the date of your move-in. We will
then call the complex to make sure you indicated GMF Locators as your
referral on your lease cards or lease application. Once verified,
your move or Rebate will be scheduled.
Remember: you must sign a 6 month lease or longer
and write GMF Locators - GETMOVEDFREE as your referral source on
your lease application, guest card, and/or lease agreement.
