Agreement Between You and GMF Locators, Inc.
The following terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions")
apply to all visitors to or users of this Web site. By accessing
this Web site, the user acknowledges acceptance of these Terms and
Conditions. In the case of any violation of these Terms and Conditions,
GMF Locators, Inc. ("GMF") reserves the right to seek
all remedies available by law and in equity for such violations.

Use Provisions; and Copyright.
All materials provided on this Web site, including but not limited
to all text, logos, designs, graphics, images, sounds, information,
software, documents, products and services (collectively, the "Materials"),
and the selection, arrangement and display thereof, are the copyrighted
works of GMF Locators, Inc. and/or its vendors or suppliers. All
Materials herein and all Getmovedfree.com software are proprietary
to GMF Locators, Inc. and protected by worldwide copyright and other
intellectual property laws. Except as stated herein, none of the
Materials may be modified, copied, reproduced, distributed, republished,
downloaded, displayed, sold, compiled, posted or transmitted in
any form or by any means, including but not limited to, electronic,
mechanical, photocopying, recording or other means, without the
prior express written permission of GMF Locators, Inc.

Any
Free Move or Cash Rebate offer is subject to the consent of the
properties we represent. All properties you'll find on
this website have indicated that they offer the payment of a commission
to apartment locating agencies such as ours; however, on rare occasions
despite our efforts to keep all information current, a property
may change that policy without first notifying GMF Locators. Sometimes
this change is the result of a change in management, other times,
it is simply a policy change. Therefore, any Free Move or Cash Rebate
is subject to the current policy of the property allowing for compensation
to GMF Locators for your lease. You may inquire, during your visit
to a property, if their policy allows for compensation to GMF Locators.
Furthermore, you may also require a property to compensate GMF Locators
as a condition of your lease. Contact your agent for a lease addendum
which allows you to do this.

Terms
and conditions of the Free Move or Cash Rebate Offer. In
order to receive a Free Move or Cash Rebate, You must have learned
about your new apartment through GMF Locators, Inc. - getmovedfree.com.
You must indicate ,“GMF Locators” in writing as the referring agency
on your guest card during your first visit to the property, and
on your lease application at the time it is initially completed.
If you will be living with a roommate, both of you must indicate
GMF Locators as the referral source. Some apartment communities
require us to register you as our client BEFORE you visit their
complex. Properties that require pre-registration will reflect this
requirement on our Website. You must complete the registration form
at our Website with accurate information prior to visiting these
properties. Failure to register with a property who requires registration
may make us ineligible to receive a referral fee, which will make
you ineligible for a free move or cash rebate.
The apartment companies who we refer you to compensate GMF Locators
with a commission, which may or may not vary from time to time.
This commission is a function of your monthly rental rate, derived
by multiplying the current commission rate offered by the property
times your average monthly rental rate, plus any applicable bonus
which the property may offer. GMF Locators must earn a total commission
of at least $350.00 on your lease in order to be eligible to receive
a Free Move. All other leases will receive a Cash Rebate. If your
lease generates a commission of $300 or more, your cash rebate will
be $125.00, otherwise, it will be 10% of your average monthly rental
rate. The commission rates offered by the properties we refer you
to vary periodically, but are at least 50% of your average monthly
rental rate. Often the rate is higher than 50%, and sometimes a
bonus is offered on top of the commission rate. Your eligibility
for a free move or rebate will be based on the net commission received.
In other words, if your rental rate is $450.00 and we earn a 50%
commission and a $300 bonus, our commission will be $525.00 and
you will be eligible for your choice of a free move or a $125.00
rebate. If our commission is a flat 50% of a $450.00 rental rate,
you will be eligible for a cash rebate of $45.00 (10% x $450). Our
commission will be ratified by the property when they sign a lease/referral
verification form which we send after you report your lease details
to us (which you do by completing the rebate or free move request
form found here), and your rebate will immediately
be scheduled to be mailed as soon as payment of our commission is
received from your new property.

GMF
Locators can schedule a move any day of the year except major holidays.

If
you move from one apartment to another that is owned by the same
management, you may still be eligible for a free move, but not always.
In many cases, you will be required to pay a new deposit, and application
fee. Every apartment management company has different rules.
(This does not mean moving within the same complex in which you
already live - this is always ineligible for a free move).

There
is no limit on how many times you can use GMF Locators to receive
a free move or rebate, but you are only eligible for one Free Move
or Rebate per lease.

We
can usually guarantee a free move or rebate with a minimum lease
term of a 6-months, and always for 12-months or more. You
must always write GMF Locators as your locator service on your
guest card and lease application in order to be eligible.

moving-related details. Moving terms assume a local (equal
to or less than 35 miles round trip) move residence to apartment
with no unusual circumstances, such as extraordinarily long walks,
inoperative elevators or stairwells, etc. This list is to
serve only as a rough estimate of what we can move free. This
is the bare minimum, and we can often move more furniture for free
for you.

The
free move includes moving of the free items listed at What
We Move Free. It does not include packing, disassembly
of furniture, etc. All miscellaneous items should be packed
and protected in sealed boxes by the client. We will be happy
to provide packing and disassembly services for an additional fee.

We
can always move only the free items for you. There is never
a REQUIREMENT for you to pay extra for your move. Provided
that all other terms of service are satisfied, we can always guarantee
that we will move some, if not all of your belongings. We
always strive to move as much as possible at no cost to you.

GMF
Locators, Inc. is not a moving company. We are an apartment
locator, who offers you a free move or rebate as thanks for using
our service. We act as a moving broker for you, and use only
reputable, industry-standard insured, licensed and bonded moving
companies. However, we are not held liable for losses occurred
during your move. It is the responsibility of the property
owner to obtain excess property insurance on your belongings if
coverage is desired during your move.

You
agree that if the apartment complex does not pay the referral commission
in the event that GMF's guidelines are not met (i.e., you fail to
list GMF Locators on your guest card and lease application, you
break your lease, you are not current on your rent, you move from
a sister property or you are an on-site transfer, you fail to abide
by your contractual obligations, etc.), you will be responsible
for the cost of the move at the following prices: $225 for a 1 bedroom
move, $275 for a 2 bedroom move, $325 for a 3 bedroom, or $375 for
a 4 bedroom.

Limitation
of Liability.
Data provided through this Website is compiled from contracted personnel,
on-site personnel, individual property owners and managers, management
companies, various sources of public information, submissions by
principals we represent, and other sources deemed reliable. No guaranty,
warranty or representation of currency or accuracy of the data is
made by GMF Locators or other entities who supply data to the Website.
The user must not make financial commitments or decisions based
solely on information obtained through this Website without first
verifying the information directly with the property. GMF
Locators will not be held responsible for the accuracy of any data
on this Website, nor will GMF Locators be liable for any damages
from the use of this Website, whether direct or indirect, consequential,
actual or punitive. No express or implied warranty is given
in connection with this Website.
